Epping Forest District Council

Installation & Maintenance of Small Street Furniture Contract

Throughout Epping Forest District, we install Street Name Plates, Litter Bins, Benches, Pay and Display Machines and Bus Shelters.

Car Park Maintenance

Throughout Epping Forest District, we complete pothole repairs in council car parks and install new thermoplastic line markings.

Structural Repairs and General Property Maintenance   Contract

Throughout Epping Forest District, we attend council owned properties, repair and maintain both the internals and externals of the properties including all structural aspects. We also clear the surrounding of the properties of overgrowth and trees that can cause structural damage to the properties. We also replace concrete and tarmac paths as required.

Environmental Improvement Works

Throughout Epping Forest District, we undertake planned and ad-hoc environmental improvements including the replacing, renewing, and making good, of footpath and garage area surfaces, paving, kerbing, bin stores, ironwork, tarmac, finish concrete, steps, drainage, road markings, fencing and erecting bollards along with estate improvements on housing owned land around various sites within Epping Forest District Council.

Fencing Contract

In addition to our structural contract, we also undertake the removal of existing fencing  and replacing with new as required.

Adaptations – Vehicle Crossings & Hardstandings

Throughout Epping Forest District, we design and provide residents with disabilities a hardstanding to park their vehicle, be it block paving or asphalt. We also undertake the construction of Vehicle Crossings through Essex County Council to allow the resident access to their new hardstanding.

Essex County Council

W H Construction Ltd undertake vehicle crossings for residents based in Essex. We complete the full application process to help reduce the stress for the client, apply for the required permits on behalf of the client and complete the vehicle crossing.

Borough of Broxbourne

W H Construction Ltd have a long established relationship with the Borough of Broxbourne. We under highway works including verge clearance, pot hole repairs, footway and carriageway resurfacing and road marking.

Hackney Council

W H Construction Ltd undertake estate management works for Hackney Council. We survey the existing estates and complete essential maintenance including kerb works, footway and carriageway resurfacing.

Hertfordshire County Council

W H Construction Ltd have successfully completed schemes in Hertfordshire including essential car park maintenance including kerb works, footpath and carriageway resurfacing.
