Our Structural Contract with Epping Forest District Council entails works such as:

- Repairing and maintaining the internals and externals of the properties including all structural aspects i.e. plastering and rendering

- Clearing the surrounding of the properties of overgrowth

- Levelling gardens and top soiling

- Tree felling and stump grinding

- Removing and replacing concrete and tarmac paths

- Demolishing and rebuilding brick walls

- Removing and replacing fencing
